  1. By copying you can only get the iso file but through burning you can get the info. u need.

I recommend you this iso burner.

  2. let me try to explain.  An iso is an "image" of what should go on the disk.  It is NOT the data that goes on the disk, it only contains the data that should go on the disk.  You must have a burning software compatible with an iso file.  Nero is my personal favorite but there are many others.  You do not burn a data cd like normal, addign the file to your d**k.  You must fine the option in your burning programs menu that says somthign like burn iso.  It will then request you to browse for the iso and will extract the cotent of the iso to put it on you disk.

As for finalising a cd-rw.  If it is a rw it can always be eraced.  Since you finalised it, you wont be able to remove single files or add files to it, you must erace everythign to use the disk again.

  3. iso file is image file for burning , which means it actually contains datas inside and by burning iso file. you will burn those files that are actually needed. IF you copy them, you just copy the iso file. so there is just a single file in your disc, and maybe of no use for you.

  4. You need to use the Burn iso option not Create data disk (or similar). If you use the last all you get is a disc with an iso file. The burn option opens the iso file and burns the files inside it in the specified order, which creates a copy of the original disk.

RW means rewritable so yes but only if you erase the entire disk.

  5. Yes you can erase with RW but you cant with R

Theres a big difference between copying a file and burning.

Use infra-recorder to burn the iso file to a DVD or CD, select actions tab > burn image > browse for iso file

  6. Well if your burning an iso your most likely trying to Make a live CD fo Linux.I dont think there is a Difference. If its Finalized, than i dont think you can burn anymore on the disk. And a Rewritable Disk can only be Rewrited a couple times.
