Is copying and pasting definitions from another website such as dictionary.com considered plagiarism?

  1. Unless you're strictly not supposed to (I'm assuming this is an assignment?) I'm pretty sure that's why they invented the dictionary. You can copy and paste definitions.


  2. Yes indeed!

  3. I don't think so because they are only definitions.  Copying and pasting essays or other things like that are considered plagiarism.
