Copyright infringement?

I want to download rambo 4 movie on utube i own the dvd if it is copyright is utube gonna warn me before deleting my profile or is it automatic??? I have a lot of vids

Chances are the person who has the movie up has it up illegally. Do you have any Idea the trouble you need to go through to obtain copyright permission to use a movie like that ? If the movie you want to download is up in 10 minute segments, That's a good indication that it's illegally copied. There is a copy law that allows you to use copyright material sometimes called section 107 Fair use copyright act. But there are rules you need to fall under . And even falling under section 107 fair use you still need permission in many cases. Chances are the video you are talking about will be taken down eventually. I had a video of a movie on my favorites list one time on You Tube that I know the person did not receive permission to post. Not to long after I added it to my favorites. I noticed it was taken down..You Tube is constantly being scanned for the breaking of copy right laws. And they have law suits against them constantly.... Hope that helped you out...

YouTube is full of copyright infringement. Tsk!

but you will just get a message saying that due to copyright problems your video was removed.

i have never seen a full movie on youtube. its always clips. the longest i have ever seen was like 15 minutes long. i searched dane cook and it has his whole stand up show, but it is in 15 minute increments. so something is up with it. maybe you could get away with it that way.
