Corcovado, Okay to go May 6-12? Or Rainfall to bad right NOW, 2008?

Question

I want to know if Corcovado will be too slippery, rainy, closed. Going with 2 older people.

Can I get to it from the Arenal or Monteverde area (flights)?

well, during that time is not bad to go there. corcovado is nice during that period cuz the rain makes it greener. right now is raining once a while. come you'll have fun. but which side of corcovado are you planning... the drake bay side or the puerto jimenez side? i mean beach or the forest park area? any who come, the park won't be close.

If you are traveling with older people you can hire a guide to assit you.......any hotel can get you a qualified guide.......Monteverde is not that far from Arenal.......you could hire a driver for less than a flight.........check that out at the hotel too.............you could see the sights along the way...........
