Corel Painter mess up?

Question

I just got a Wacom tablet and tried to install Corel Painter Essentials 3. The color pallet was messed up, so my sister said I should remove it and reinstall it. I removed it, but when I reinstall it something weird happens, like a pop-up window that says it could not be installed. I'm getting annoyed, I've tried reinstalling a few times already. =( help.
