Corky miller?

he is god awful and should never of been aloud to play in the major leagues my question is..

since mccann is hurt should corky be the starting catcher or should the braves bring someone else to play for him and also why is he playing?

i know he is a defensive catcher but he isn't even good enough to be a back up he is batting like a buck ten

Why would any one dump on Corky Miller?

He made it to the big leagues!

Not every one who makes it to the bigs is destined for greatness.

At least 10% never hit at the Mendoza line.

Go through any Baseball Encyclopedia and count those who never averaged .215 during their career.

I hope you can count to two or three thousand players.

There are a few who never even got "one" hit in the bigs!

I don't follow the Braves farm system, but do they have any other choices?

I understand that he may be bad but I guess they have no other choice. They might bring up Clint Salmmons. I have no idea how he is doing in Triple A but he could be good. Right about now the Braves must have been hoping that Jarrod Saltalamacchia was still on their team.
