Corn Snake growth & feeding?

Ive had my ghost corn for about 2 mths now (was a baby at approx 13 inches and a couple mths old) and it has been feeding on 1 pinkie every 5-7 days quite nicely. She is now at approx 17 inches (last shed measured 171/2") and weighed at approx 14 grams. Last night we decided to go with 2 pinkies being that there was no noticable lump 24-48 hrs after feeding. She took both pinkies and no regurgitation. My question is... following the Munson feeding chart (see portion pasted below) she shouldn't be on 2 pinkies until 16-23 grams. Any advice on how closely to follow this feeding chart? Also, does 14g & 17" sound like normal growth for approx 4-5 mth corn snake? She has gotten 4" longer in only 2 mths but girth seems to be at a smaller growth rate. Thanks !!!!

When they're on single pinks (2-3g), I feed every 5-6 days. (Snake = 4-15g)

-Double pinks (3g x 2) every 5-6 days. (Snake = 16-23g)

Well I'm sorry to tell you this....but....forget the chart. It's kind of "stupid"

Ok, corn snake are quite lovely eaters(as you can see) I would just recommend you to feed him as much as he wants. What you are doing is fine(2 pinkies every week) I feed my corn snake who isn't even 1 foot and a half long 4 pinkies a week. He is healthy.

Maybe just keep him on the 2 pinkies a week for a while and when he grows a bit bigger, do 4 pinkies. Or if you really want him full just feed him as much as he wants. Maybe 4 pinkies every week and a half?

But you shouldn't really worry about the chart or the sizes and weights. The chart is really for just an estimate of what you should go around.

trust me, feed him smaller prey items(if he can eat fuzzys feed pinkies, if hoppers then fuzzys) very 3 or 4 days.  once your corn reaches 28inches(sexually mature)  feed one large sized prey item (large mouse, small rat...)every 7 days.and listen to your snake its the it knows what it needs ditch the charts.
