Corporate Express shutdown?

With Staples merging with Corporate Express, what are the chances of Coporate Express facilities being shut down, or are there any plans to close some facilities?

Staples will be announcing their integration strategy for Corporate Express on August 19. Facility closings should be minimal as the companies' operations are mostly complementary rather than overlapping. The issue will be more clearly spelled out during the conference call on August 19, 8:00 am Eastern. You can probably listen in through the Staples website.
