Can anyone who has a website or company attach corporation or enterprise to their name, without having a registered company?

Thanks

  1. Only corporations might be labeled "incorporated" (actually "inc" is part of their name)

But enterprise basicly means business, so yes every business may do that (and having a website might be considered a business), however some countries require enterprises to be registered.

In some countries (like the British Virgin Islands) you simply cannot register a company, all you have to do is fill in a paper and attach a tax stamp on it (you do not have to file the paper, you just have to keep the paper).
