  1. I am running my Kicker components off of an MTX 250 watt two channel amp with no problems. You'll want a stereo amp, because that will be able to react to you adjusting your balance from left to right. And again, two channels will do, one to each distribution block, which will then split the sound into midrange and high frequencies.

  2. if you are just planning on amping the RS speakers and not another set with that then i would suggest a Kicker ZX350.2 http://www.sonicelectronix.com/item_6570... or any CEA-2006 compliant amp with similar specs. those are great speaker by the way and you want to give them full power to get it all out of them. if you are thinking about maybe amping the rear speakers or a set of extra tweeters as will then i would suggest a SX700.4 http://www.sonicelectronix.com/item_3845... these are wonderful amps i have two in my car. they say 85 rms but both of mine are at least 100 watts rms per channel and i have a set of KS20 tweeters on each amp and it sound crystal clear. i showed you Kicker amps from an authorized Kicker dealer but you can also find other amps with specs near these that will do the same job.
