  1. You really aren't providing much information in your question. From your question, I'm guessing that a client ordered an ice cream maker, did not receive it as anticipated and the company is investigating the situation

You might try something such as this:

We have received your complaint regarding not receiving your item as expected. We are currently investigating the reason for the delay.

Finish with something that gives them a time frame to hear from you again. Then even if you have no new information, contact them and let them know you are still investigating. A simple contact on your part, letting them know you have forgotten them and are still working on the situation goes a long way.

Clients simply don't like to be forgotten or to feel that they are not important.

  2. I sincerely apologize for your inconvenience and would like to assure you that I am personally going to be investigating the reason for this shortcoming on our behalf.

I appreciate your patience and understanding during this time.

If there is anything else I can do please do not hesitate to contact me.

If that doesn't work then stick to your way! At least you'll let some steam off! hehehe

  3. we are working on the ice cream maker machine...
