Correctional deputy.?

Hello all, I was wondering does any one know , or know where to find whether you get paid a minimum wage while you are in training to become a correctional deputy? I have looked on line and have yet to find the answer... or should I just take that as you do not get paid?

im not sure if this is relavent to your situation, but i am going to be a correctional officer. If i got all my certifications, then i would also be considered a Sherriff. They provide the training, as well as sign you up for the classes you need to be able to qualify for this
