Correspondence study from IGNOU??

Question

I am living in U.S.I want to study from Ignou.

1.Is it possible that i can apply from here.

2.If yes than do they have any centers here in U.S or have i to go back to India to give the exams.

3.Do they send the study material here in U.S or do i have to give my india address .

If any one has some information regarding this,than plz share.
