Corrupted File Problem (Wii)?

I was playing Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles: My Life as a King, and i had to restart so my bro could play. the next day, i went to go play it and i got a message saying that my files were corrupted. i can't seem to find the instruction manual and i have no idea what to do. help please.

  1. try deleting the channel and re-downloading it from the shop channel
