  1. No, corruption is not a tax on the poor, because the poor do not pay taxes. There are exemptions in taxes where your income is less than a certain level. The taxes paid by taxpayers are supposed to be used for services to benefit everyone, especially those who cannot afford such services by themselves.

In essence corruption does not tax the poor, but rather it robs them of the benefits which they should be enjoying, LIke unemployment allowances, free hospitalization and medicines, etc.

  2. No corruption is a tax on poor,

    know how it is?

when we pay corruption in some or otherway reduces govt. revenue.

and at least some % of  the govt revenue is spent for the uplift of poor persons, in this way if revenue will be short then the benefits to the poor will also reduce. hpe u 'll understand.

corruption is a tax on poor.

  3. Actually, I disagree.  Corruption is a tax on everybody but since the rich don't pay taxes, the burden and hardship falls to the middle class and the poor. The Republicans are trying to scare people by stating that Obama stands for more taxes.  Maybe he does, but he's talking about taxing the rich who have had an eight year hay ride.  We owe trillions and big business has sent all the jobs overseas so that former 3rd world countries are coming up with hardy economies while we have dropped into 3rd world status.  America, wake up and smell the coffee.

  4. corruption is not tax on anybody. for tax you will account in incometax department. in corruption you will account only in swiiss banks.jebamani mohanraj

  5. Corruption is making laws that benefit big corporations at the expense of 75% of american people. It does eventually transfers into money. Big corporations become richer, middle class wealth diminishing.

  6. Actually everything starts from the top level management  and then the effects gets escalated towards the poor. so the effect is quite visible.
