Corsa 1.4 16v engine trouble.please help?

hi, i recently bough a corsa 1.4 16v sport that has been chipped so is really quite fast for a 1.4 it was running fine wen i first got it but after a day it started running unsmooth like it was low on fuel every so often. then when it started cutting out and not starting back up. to get it started i had to press the pressure release valve on the side of the engine to squirt a little petrol out and that seemed to work. then when it was running it was like i was puting my foot to the floor taking it offf puting it back on the floor taking it off on the accelerator but really bad jerking. now wheneva it runs its really smokey(blue smoke) and i am not sure what is wrong with it. can any1 help on this 1??any more details you need to know i will answer asap.thanks for any help you can offer on this.

get some rubber gloves and a pair of insulated plyers..start it,lift bonnet and take off one sparklead at a time...engine should almost die till you stick itback on...the plug lead you remove that makes no differance to the engine,thats the culprit...either a plug/lead of head damage.
