  1. The ZR1 is the fastest car around the nurburgring and in the straights it's up there.  It would spank the viper all day in any race.....  But I would take the viper in a heartbeat.  It's bolder, more raw, and in my opinion has way more heart and soul.  The zr1 has soul too, but is just not the same as the snake.  Look at the older vets and the older vipers.  The vipers have really stood the test of time.

  2. Neither. For about 50k I can get a Shelby GT-500 mustang and have just as much fun for half the price.

  3. Hands down I would pick the Corvette ZR1 the original King of the Hill car. The Corvette ZR1 top speed is not 215 mph but 205 mph. The horsepower for the Corvette ZR1 is not 640 but 620 hp The torque is 594 not 604 ft lbs.  Please know your information on the Corvette ZR1 the fastest production Corvette ever made.

  4. Maybe instead of looking at a regular viper you should look at hennessey's version...

    Dodge Viper Venom SRT-10

That would destroy the corvette zr1

  5. I'll take the Corvette for the exact opposite reason as the other poster.  While I agree a Viper would probably get more looks, it's not like you could do anything except drive it around.  You sure as heck wouldn't want to park it somewhere and walk away.  Most people wouldn't know a Corvette ZR-1 from a regular Corvette, so the chances of a ZR-1 getting stolen are much less than a Viper.  Besides, the ZR-1 would beat a Viper in a race...

  6. I say ZR-1.  The Viper is a awesome car too, but the ZR-1 is simply a better all around sports car, probably one of the best ever made to date.  Also with it being a factory supercharged car you could easily get 700hp without spending too much money (probably with a PCM tune, S/C pulley, and a upgraded intercooler).  I do however think it's a little too pricey.

And for the SVT lover the GT 500 is a joke.  12.90's for a 500hp car?  I was highly disappointed with that car.  The old SVT Cobra was much better.

  7. If you drive a 4Cyl and an 8cyl that run the same time the v8 just has a certain feel like it takes less effort and theres just something about it.  Its the same way with the Viper .  Besides who wants to pay 80 to 117 thousand dollars for a car that you'll be able to here door panels rattle on in a year.  Not to mention the hernia you get trying to get in and out of them.

  8. They're both silly cars for people with ego issues. I like fast cars, but not junky plastic fast cars. The companies laugh at you every time you buy one.

  9. Here in Spain you can't see many Corvettes or Vipers, but I personally prefer the Corvette

  10. Hey im Sure Dodge viper is more than 600HP

    and i recommend it ,

If you take the Dodge viper the Track Type it has an engine which generate over 700 HP

  11. Uh huh!

  12. I'd take the Viper, just because it would get more looks than a Vette.

You see Vette's every day, you don't see many Vipers.
