Cosmetic dentist?

I need a lot of work done in my mouth.. but i fear i will just have to keep getting teeth pulled until i have none left.. do you think a cosmetic dentist would be able to help me to keep my teeth? Would just getting them all filed down and getting veneers help me to save my teeth? if i did that would i still need to have root canals and crowns put on?

If your teeth are abcessed or have decay down to the pulp your only options are root canals or extractions.  You can go to a cosmetic denist but you will still need to have those teeth fixed with root canals first.  Crowns are much cheaper than Veneers and cover the whole tooth not just the front.  I would stick to your original dentists plan but it's your mouth and you have to do what is right for you.
