Cosmetologists and hair stylists, help!?

So currently my hair is a darker brown (faded) heh and i have a full blonde highlight (no toner) if i go to a salon will they be able to get my hair to a golden blonde? will they have to bleach it or what?

They'll have to bleach it for sure.  Depending on when you last dyed your hair, they may make you wait a few weeks/months so that your hair doesn't get too damaged.
