Cosmic Halo confident to win Classified Stakes
Cosmic Halo is quite confident to clinch first position in the Turftv Classified Stakes, a high-profile Class 5 contest that will be held at Hamilton racecourse on Wednesday night, June 13. The event is set to start at 8:50 (GMT).
The Richard Fahey-trained young filly is carrying great form that she gained by finishing first in her last outing on May 29. Being a 7-2 joint favourite, she delivered an outstanding performance in the Sis Live Maiden Stakes that took place at Ripon track.
This was the fantastic filly’s maiden victory. Prior to this, the three-year-old novice runner had gained a 6th position against 13 rivals in Win A Vip Day Out @ Redcarracing.CO.UK Maiden Stakes on April 9.
The brilliant daughter of Halling out of Cosmic Case started her career with a runner-up rank on August 9, 2011.
With these three races to her name, Cosmic Halo seems to be packed with fighting spirit that will help her dominate her seven strong rivals such as Another For Joe, Cadore, Free Art, Chatterati, District Attorney, Hunting Gonk and Third Half.
If Cosmic Halo manages to exploit her form and skills well, she will have up to 90 percent chances to finish first in the Stakes.
Among the other runners, Chatterati and Third Half are likely to perform well for victory.
Chatterati elegantly claimed a classic triumph in Ladbrokes Mobile Handicap on March 1, 2012 at Southwell track. Prior to this, the Mark Johnston-trained bay filly had gained a runner-up rank on January 25.
The daughter of Street Cry out of Melhor Ainda finished 6th in her last outing on June 1.
On the other hand, Third Half finished first in a mega contest on November 11, 2011. Following this maiden victory, the Tom Dascombe-trained bay gelding moved on to get a 8th and a 4th position in two consecutive outings during May
2012.
Each one of this duo will give tough time to Cosmic Halo. Thus, there will be a rip-roaring clash in the race. Let us enjoy the amazing action live at Hamilton. Good luck to all the contestants.
