The Earth constantly recieves milliseiverts of cosmic radiation, This is completely harmless as its just tiny ammounts from the sun and other anomalies etc. Dont worry! :P

Not just tonight - but every day, all day, from all directions.  Cosmic rays constantly bombard the Earth, and have for billions of years...

Yes, cosmic radiation from space is constantly bombarding the earth. It consists of both gamma radiation and other subatomic particles. This is one source of background radiation that is present in nature, another being radioactive substances from the earth.
