Cosplay help please?

Question

I'm going to cosplay as Tsuruya from Haruhi, and I need some help! D:

I can't find a wig for her D:

And I'm considering using Green Grind Dye from hottopic, but I'm not really sure how it'll turn out.

Also I need help on how to do the costume D:

Hmm... you're right, that kind of wig isn't easy to find.

This is the closest thing I found to it:

But, unfortunately, it seems none of the colors are an exact match. If you're willing to have it greener than Tsuruya's hair, the emerald one might work nicely.
