Cosplayers out there i need your help!!?!?

Question

I am going to conventions and really want to dress up as the joker the only thing is they are anime conventions.. so my question is do you think it would be fine if i dress up as joker at an anime con?

ps. i really want to dress up as joker and don't really have money or time to put together a new costume thanks for feedback!

That would be okay. I'd go off of the comic book version, in that case. There are plenty of people that go to an anime con dressed as game characters too, so it wouldn't be too awkward. When Kingdom Hearts came out, that was a big push for people to come dressed as Jack Sparrow, etc.

Obviously, cosplaying Joker is much better suited for a comic con, but I think you could get away with it at an anime con. Also, being such a recognizable character is fun. You won't have to put up with people saying, "That's a great costume! What anime are you from??" or "Who are you supposed to be?"

If you dress up like joker from the comics you will fit right in.

Just tweak it alittle.
