  1. Doc. R is right.  Working out will do nothing if you have true gynecomastia.  I've had the surgery done.  My parent's insurance covered it completely as my GP's letter to the company said that it was having psychological effects on me.  It's a $3000 procedure.

If you have medical insurance and have a doctor like mine, it is possible to get it done free (or at least partially paid for).

  2. I doubt it's only your chest that you're insecure about.. buy a gym membership and work out..  plus continue dieting.  In the long run it'll be cheaper and you'll feel much better about yourself.

  3. I don't know the exact cost, but I would like to clarify to other users, that you can not always lose your "man b***s" at the gym. Some guys suffer from a condition called gynecomastia. It is the formation of breast tissue in men due to irregular hormonal levels. Often occurs during puberty due to the massive amounts of hormones in your body. The average cost is published to be around $2700.00

  4. Apparently you can fly to Bangkok (or similar) and have it done for around US$3600 plus airfare... take a holiday.

  5. A good plastic surgeon will most likely charge you $5000 or more for this surgery.
