Cost of Living in Bahrain?

Hi..i m contemplating an offer from Bahrain. Wanted to know the cost of living for a couple with 2 school going children (aged 4 & 6) for a decent lifestyle. Would 3000BD inclusive of all ammenities be enough ? Would i save enough in that? Also, another option is for the employer to give me 1500BD + all perks (2bhk furnished hsg+car+phone+etc etc). Which is a better proposition? Thanks a lot...

Hi,please advised if $1,500 U.S. dollar basic salary+company transport +accommodation allowance is a good offer to leave and work in bahrain
