Cost of Missouri Ticket for driving without headlights?

Question

I was pulled over tonight and only told that I had a court date and that I "might be able to pay it in advance." I'm wondering how much this is going to cost, because I couldn't find it on the Missouri DMV website.

Also, the officer asked if I had been drinking or smoking, which I hadn't. And then when he came back, there was another cop and he asked me to stick my tongue out... what is that for?

Missouri cops - BLEH - (I live in Missouri)

Never gotten a ticket -

I don't know how much it would cost - call up the court in the county you were pulled over in  & inquire (I've found most people at the court house dont' know any more than you & will be rude but it can't hurt to call)

Stick your tongue out?  I don't know what that's about - -
