Cost of additional electrical outlets.?

Question

Want an electrician to add 4 outlets in my Seattle home (as a rule, I don't mess with electric). Simple job:connecting to the last outlet in a run of cable and adding additional outlets. Anyone have a ballpark figure?

Costs will vary Are you turning corners? ...one thing you should keep in mind is that the concept is simple but work involved as there are studs in the walls that must be dealt with and then the cosmentic repairs after the outlets are in.

Look on Craigs List in your area.Alot of electricians,plumbers,carpenters put ads there looking for work.I found a reasonable plumber there.

There are a lot of variables, are they all in the same wall, do you have a basement below or a second floor, is the wall insulated, do you have sheetrock or plaster?  Figure about $1600 if you're lucky.

It cost me $130 to have a double plug put in but then again I'm in Australia
