Cost of cement foundation: 18ft Lx 3ft W and 1ft Thick?

  1. Tipical concrete slabs are 4'' thick. Why so thick? Put more details, l'll see if l can answer it


  2. 4in is enough with a 12in footing around the edge, use rebar in the footing and every 16in crossing to make a square appearance.

  3. you will need 1.5 metres at a foot thick ...in the uk we trenchfill concrete up to 3 feet cheap   cheaper than employing a brickie ...make sure you dig deep enough to be below the top soil ..you must get down to solid ground
