what all these people are saying exceept the cost is a lie. if you enter the US legally and stay legally until you have your child your child will be a Us citizen and will get a US passport. i am not sure about the cost and from what i recall iy is free. if you go to a public hospital you can get insurance i know people who have done it you just have to know the right channels to go through. and for all you **** holes an asses who are talking about people using up what america has while you foot the bill need to get a life.

the US have exploited countries across the worl and raped them of their resources so you can have the life you now have. not your taxes thank you!!

When I looked into the cost of having a baby in Chicago 7 years ago, it was close to $30,000, assuming no complications.

Sorry it doesn't work that way any more.  Even if your baby is born here he isn't a Citizen. You must return to your country.  YOU don't get a free pass to become a US Citizen.  Even living with your uncle.

Your baby will be a 1/2 and 1/2 but YOU and your child must return to your country.  If you come here with the intent of having the child be an Americian, They can actually take the child from you deport you and put your child up for adoption.

Be careful what you wish for.

Also, Medical clinics are allowed now to REFUSE you service even with a green card or Visa

Dont know about the cost but he/she will be US citizen regardless of your status. Even if you are on short-term visa or an illegal immigrant, if the child is born here, he/she will be an american citizen.

its gonna cost alot unless your uncle doesnt charge you too much and then its gonna cost alot to buy diapers, formula, clothes...

and btw you and your baby wont be americans so why dont you just fly your uncle and dilver your baby where u are at!!

Have you got health insurance? I doubt a holiday/vacation policy would cover a c-section. Look at around $15,000 plus for a four days stay in hospital for a c-section. Which by the way most hospitals expect full or partial payment before hand.

Having a  child in the US will allow the child to be a US citizen but will not give you the right to a visa/green card/citizenship or  to live and work in the USA.

There are rich people in this country, but it is the working stiff that foot the bill.  Stay home and have the baby.. we have  our own expenses in spite of what our idiot congress is telling folks.
