Cost of house in el salvador?

How much does a decent home with some acreage cost in El Salvador? We have relatives in Quezaltepeque so that area or near.

The prices can vary greatly depending on the features and size of house you are interested in.  In Quzaltepeque, you can purchase a house for around $8000 - $20000.  

Try purchasing El Diario de Hoy and La Prensa Grafica and looking at their classifieds.  They will have many more listings than you will find on-line.

Below is the classified listings for El Diario de Hoy, but once again, you will find many more, current listings on the actual paper itself.

we are form there too 2 years ago we bought a house there for 28,000 it has 1 acre and 3 bedrooms

if you are talking about concepcion quetzaltepeque in chalatenango...the previous answer sounds about right.  the land used to be very very inexpensive, but now that so many have come back from the states....and a few developers are considering the area.....the prices have gone up.  i priced out some for a friend, but there was no largeacerage involved and the price was well below 10,000
