When a prisoner calls from the San Luis Obispo jail, how much does the call cost if calling in the US?

  1. THE HIGHEST RATE THAT CAN BE CHARGED!

    I used to install those phones. the call cost the same as making an operator assisted collect call.


  2. some phone companies are under contract/bid for phone service in jails. most charge a flat rate   some charge by the min.   w/ a time limit
