Cost of living in New Zealand, spouse can work if I travel on sponsored work permit?

Question

I am a software engineer from India, likely to get work permit sponsored and relocate to New Zealand for minimum 6 months. What is cost of living there (boarding and lodgin), and acceptable decent salary?

Is it good to travel with infant, how r d medical facilities?

If I travel on work permit, will my spouse be entitled to look for a job?

You have to earn and spend

You can't save and send money to India

Medical facilities are very expensive

No doctor is available when we need every thing depends on prior appointment

You can very well settle at India
