iam married and have 2 kids .. i realy need advice about where to rent and how much do i have to pay ..please i need details about cost of living and safe ..good places to live .

It's hard to answer this question without knowing the postcode for where you will be working. You should consider your transport costs first and foremost. Second consideration will be access to reasonable schools for your kids. Third consideration will be the type of accommodation you are prepared to live in. Do you want access to your own garden or access to public open space? Every year there is a book published giving purchase and rental guide prices for the major areas of London. This also gives descriptions for the areas. Buy a copy and make the appropriate selection.
