Better to ask in the Saudi Arabia Category.

Anyhow with a salary of SAR 5700, you can live there in better standard, even though you are not getting accommodation, you can survive and save some thing.

Accommodation are cheap over there in Riyadh. Excluding means, you might have offered salary + accommodation so, no need of worry, even you can save SAR 4500.

Telephone costs are also cheap there, to India, it will be the lowest rate in the middle east.
