Cost of living in spain?

I am Madhu. i have got a job in spain Bilbao Zaldibar. can i know what wil be the cost of living in spain. that is cost of food items like fruits and vegetables. and additional cost like rental and gas and electricity and internet and telephone. and what wil be cost of a meal if we prepare it in our home itself.

can any one please help me to get me all this details. so that i can be eassily moved to spain. I wil be waiting for urs reply
