how much will i save if i have an income of 4900 a month flat before taxes and everything else so how much would the taxes and everything else be

also 7000 a month?

how much would i have to pay in taxes more is the % higher and how much will i save

I don't understand your question.

Are you trying to compare $7,000 monthly income to $4900 monthly income, to see how much more in taxes the higher one will pay?

You would pay more taxes at the higher income level.  But you would not SAVE any money by making the lower amount.  All other things being equal (marriage status, children, tax deductions), the person who makes more money will have more money after taxes.
