Cost of replacing 5T A/c unit in Houston

How much does it cost to replace a 5 t A/c Unit in Houston. Has anybody done it recently?

I just replaced my 3T outside unit that houses the compressor last week and it was $2400 for a mid-range unit.  The Trane unit would have been over $3K.  I used Finch (http://www.finchac.com/).  They have a book that list out all the prices of the units they sell.
