Cost of shipping personal effects to nz from australia?

has anyone shipped personal effects from oz to nz only using part container. could anyone supply me with company that does this and approximate cost for 1/2 container. thanks

  1. A few years back now I shipped a 20ft container from nz to Australia - cost about $4,000 all up.

    I would not suggest sharing a container with anybody unless you know them - things can go missing as they (customs and port authority) unload the container at the other end.  20ft container is the smallest one you can ship over.
