Cost to install a key hole lock on a car door?

Question

I have a minivan. There is a key hole lock on the drivers door, but that's it. It is a real pain when you want in on the passenger side but have to walk all the way over to the drivers side to unlock the thing, then walk back to the passenger side to get into that side. Does anybody know about how much it would cost to install on on both the passenger door and maybe the back hatch each? I especially appreciate experienced answers. Thanks in advance!

It would probably be easiest to get a door from a junkyard that has a keyed passenger side.Although, if your passenger door doesn't have a key, you most likely have electric locks and possibly a remote. You can get an extra remote from your dealer that would definitely cost less than a lock installation or a door swap.

it depends whether you are installing yourself or by a professional.

they cost around $15 to buy ,well that would,be the cheapest ,obviously the better quality ,the more the  price will go up,but a standard one of that price will be secure enough.

you will probably have to pay for a proffessional to inatll it,it will take abou tan hour and it depends on his rate,unless you or someone you know ,knows how to install it from scratch!
