close to U of A, hhhmmmm I think those are a little pricey..but housing has increased alot in the last couple of years in Edm...

if you want a small humble 1 bd appartemet probably about $ 800.00 CAD, they might include some utilities but you have to pay for internet phone cable etc. if you want a high rise building with gym and pool and secure paking...about 1,200.00 plus phone, cable, internet.

you can probaly find 2 bd apts for 600 a month and have a roommate..i'd say thats the cheapest way to go, try to find someone with same or similar lifestyle...

you can also try downtown...is not close to UofA hospital but the train will take you there in 10 mins. I like downtown because is a more mature neightbourhood lots of restaurants and not soo many crazy people...(i mean party students)
