  1. You know the best advice i was given was by a girl who went to I believe it was this school.

you really need to submerse yourself into the language. I am living and working here, but i speak english sooooo often that i am learning very minimal spanish and it is so hard to understand it because I am not used to Hearing the language. I want to go into an "immersion program" like she did. She said that she studied spanish in the states so she could read it and understand people, but when it came to speaking she was lost. Our minds are programmed with such a different format in the english language, but now she feels that she has a grasp on the Spanish language and will not forget it.

    cheers

    best of luck

  2. In the town Orosi, south of Cartago there's a hostel that provide good Spanish courses as well. For only $135 a week, including a dormroom ! It's also possible to stay with a local family, so you can learn Spanish faster !

I stayed in the dorm and it's a very nice room !!

You can also use the kitchen there ! I only hear good reports about this school. I met the owners and they are very nice.

Its a good thing they involve the local people in the courses !!

Visit www.montanalinda.com for more information !

  3. Is ITCR (Technological Institute of Costa Rica) and MeSoAmerica here in Costa Rica, sorry but I don't listened.

The ITCR is a university cheap because it is a university of state:

I hope that this will serve you!!!
