  1. I have been living here for 3 years now.

In November the Summer begins and the weather is dry and sunny to the North. Nice breezes all day averaging 90 degrees.

If you go to the South, it will still be a little rainy and cooler.

  2. No matter where you go in Costa Rica, it will not be cold in November, unless you go up into the mountains, and I mean up into the mountains like the one called El Cerro de la Muerte where the temperatures can reach zero degrees fahrenheit at night.

If we are talking about the Central Valley, you can expect temperatures between 70 and 80 degrees during the day and 60 to 65 at night.  It might be cool enough where you will need a sweater or sweatshirt, but not much more than that.  If you go to the coast, you can expect warmer temperatures.  Well, I hope that helps.

  3. I lived in San Jose from June to December and it was hot the entire time. It's just during rainy season so it will rain in the morning then clear up by the afternoon.
