  1. Everything is going on. It's primo season for rafting and sport fishing. The rain here at the beach is warm and refreshing. And if you are afraid of rain why even consider the rainforest?

Just keep an umbrella handy, relax, slow down and enjoy. It's green and beautiful.

  2. why not... its the same, just with some rain on a part of the day. actually makes it more interesting. i drove some friends on a 4x4 thru the rain and this muddy road over the puddles, small rivers. the were so happy and laughing cuz where they are from doesn't rain as it did here... this country is an adventure...

  3. Sure. The beaches are beautiful on both coasts but, of course, the Caribbean side is calmer. There is world class surfing in Pavones. The Osa Peninsula is amazing albeit hard to get to but worth the effort. Monkeys & Macaws everywhere and gorgeous Atlantic beaches. It is rain forest all the way down to the coast. The interior is cooler if you don't want the beach. The volcano in Arenal is popular for an interior trip. Look at www.mycostaricalink.com or for the Osa www.jimenezhotels.com (the owner is American and has been down there for 20 years)
