is it one of the best surf spots u can go to? and is it a good fishing place?

CR is very well known for being a good plce to surf. You can see some pictures of beaches here, just look for Santa Teresa on the map but thats not the only place to surf but its a good one http://nicoyapeninsula.com/general/map.h...

I would say it is pretty good place to go if you want to surf. I recommend Playa Grande and Playa Tamarindo for two surf spots. I'm sure there are more, but those are some of the better known. And yes it is good place to fish.

It is a good surfing place.  There is also good fishing on the Pacific Coast and near the Barro Colorado on the Atlantic Coast.

Caribean beachs are so good for surf and La Boca de Barrnca in Puntarenas.
