Costambar, dominican republic....?

Question

Does anyone know how far it is from costambar to the Riu Mambo Club Hotel in Puerto Plata? And how long a trip like that would take? I tried googling the distance but I had no luck at all with that. Thanks a ton!

Between Riu Mambo, Merenge or Bachata in Maimon and Costambar the distance must be like 12 km and travel time about 20 min (the road at the entrance to Costambar is very bad!) If you need transport let me know.
