Costco Wedding Cake??

Question

I love cake from Costco's and want to use it for my wedding. I know that they do sheet cakes but does anyone know if they do round cakes as well?

Dont know but I am sure if you asked them they will be able to give you an answer, whats wrong with the other cake anyway its your day so get what you want.

Brides are allowed to do this lol

I just went to Costco last week to ask the same question. The lady pointed me to their "custom cakes" ordering area. All they had was the sheet cakes, and the only one that would pass as a wedding cake was all white with the typical sheet cake bordering. I think the top had some cross hatching, but it wasn't very pretty.

I agree their cakes are awesome, but their custom cakes are kinda ugly. I was considering buying a bunch of the cupcakes and tiering them.

If they only do sheet cakes, what you might do is have a very small cake from a bakery for the one that you cut and take photos with, then have Costco sheet cakes cut up in the kitchen and served to your guests. Most of them won't even notice.

If Costco is anythingn like Sam's Club then yes, they should make all cakes.  Sam's makes wedding cakes, so I would think Costco does too, if they have an inhouse bakery.  The only problem you may run into is if you need the cake delivered.  These kinds of places don't typically offer delivery, so someone would have to pick it up and transport it to the venue.
