I have collected cost data and wants to prepare cositng report with comments. Kindly give sample reports or relevant sides or links

This is difficult to answer because you have not given enough information of "Product" "Manufacturing" "processing"  All require various methods of accounting.  To determine true cost there are many variable factors to consider.

I am a cost accountant.  College degree and 40 years experience with national corporations.
