Costume class!?

Question

Ok so for halloween, my horse and i are in a costume class and i was just looking for some creative ideas.

my ideas were:

1peter pan and tinkerbell

2ballerinas with tutus.

There is a costume class at the Washington International Horse Show every year.  The horse show happens right around Halloween.  I have seen some incredible costumes.  One year Melanie Smith & Calypso dressed as Toto & Dorothy.  The horse wore blue gingham and Melanie was Toto.  Very cute.  Peter & Mark Leone once dressed as Tarzan & The Apeman with their horses reins wrapped with fake vines and more vines in their manes & tails Peter was in a leopard print loin cloth and Mark was in a gorilla suit.

A cool thing I always wanted to do was a Knight in shining armor and dress the horse up in war armor.

You could also do an Indian and war pony just add a little body paint.

Batman and Robin might be fun.

A medieval princess/lady in waiting and an elegant mount with renaissance saddle pad, and coverings for your reigns.  You could do a weave in your horses mane with beads, and ribbon.

I agree with Cinderella and Prince Charming.

Well, for our 4H costume classes.. we did an intricate wedding one year. We got first place for that, we had everything. An old wedding dress, tuxedos, tuxedos made of felt for he horses, lace on the girl horses, flower girls, flowers, and hilarious commentary. So you could be a bride and a groom?

And then we did a Royal Family, because we had less time that year. So you could be a King and Queen,

or a motorcyle rider on your motorcyle-horse. That's what we're planning for next year.
