Costume designing help!?

Question

For Halloween I am going to be an '80s diva.

I am going to make my own costume and I'm stuck!

For sure I am going to wear neon colors, leg warmers, lots of bracelets and I am going to paint my nails crazy!

I just need help for he whole outfit. PLEASE HELP!

(and don't say its 2 early.....I like to be prepared)
