Costume for Pageant?

Hi, I'm gina and i am a girl. I am in a pageant this summer and can't find the right costume. i am dancing and singing to born to entertain and i am ten years old. chorus line would be a good constume too but i as well am looking for a costume w/ a hat and a cane! you know! thanksssssss

Something like a bright red sequined dress (spaghetti straps with a striaght cut hem and a small slit on the side, about mid thigh length) along with a black bowler hat and a black cane would be adorable and the red color is powerful.  Just don't forget to wear a black leotard underneath the dress!
